Everything went very smoothly. Delivery was timely and correct. Some good savings to be made on UK prices, especially if delivery is free.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery of a very tasty wine from France. I've used Vinatis 3 times now, and each time they've done well.

First the order was received 4 days early which was excellent, the wine we received we have had previously and enjoyed immensely. Great selection of red wines, will definitely use again.

The order came as 2 shipments so a bit worried that only half would get delivered. The wine was excellent but i had tried the wine before and knew it.
Delivery was fine

Excellent service, wines delivered with care. Take slightly longer to arrive, which is probably down to U.K. customs controls than Vinatis.

Ordered numerous times from Vinatis. The wine always comes when stated, usually takes a few weeks. They offer a great range of wines not available in the UK, or harder to source.
Had one issue previously where a box was damaged by the courier, vinatis refunded me with no issues. We will continue to order from this company.

Besides a good selection of Wines at realistic prices the service is great.
No carriage charge over a few cases and a quick delivery with DPD.
Have used for last 6 months with great sucess.

Unlikely to order from Vinatis UK again, complete shambles, firstly once order placed a lengthy delivery time quoted, secondly although receiving multiple notifications that order would be delivered the next working day the wine never arrived! Fortunately I did receive a credit but most surprised to continue receiving notifications that the parcel was on it's way and then to add to my dismay I've been asked to provide a review on the wine!

Ordered, paid and wine arrived. However, the 2 cardboard containers in which 12 bottles of wine were shipped were of poor quality and one was damaged to the point of needing to be repaired by DPD. Happily no bottles were damaged. Surely it would make more sense to ship 12 bottles in a better quality cardboard box (double wall)? Even if DPD cover the cost of replacement it is still an extra cost to VINATIS to organise a replacement bottle or six...

Ordered two cases of wine. All went very well and delivered in time for Christmas. I was a bit worried that the first case arrived at 1130 and wondered where the second case was. That appeared at 1645, so need not have been concerened. I have always found this company extremely good. Covid was a major problem as delivery from France was not possible and extremely glad that all is back to normal.

ordered online, all very slick and very good selection of wines. Then all went down hill. ordered 8 December then in customs with no further information, how it got there no one knew but then after many emails of denial it was suddenly out for dlivery next day on the 22nd december lucky someone was in to recieve.
